Refunds and Returns Policy

At Enviroclean, we are committed to providing high-quality consumable products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns
• Due to the nature of consumable products, only items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned for refunding.
• The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• If goods are required to be collected then a minimum collection fee will apply of £10.00.
• A restocking charge may also apply of 15% of the goods value.


2. Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or used products.
• Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
• Special or personalized items.


3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product or goods do not match the delivery paperwork, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or exchange. We will also ask for photos of the damaged or defective item for verification.


4. Return Process
• To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at 01324 665050 or sales@envirocleanglobal.com.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your product back.
• We will also discuss options regarding replacement goods with you.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged before arrival, defective, or if the goods do not correspond to the order acknowledgement.
Returns are only valid if a completed Goods Returns Form is enclosed with the returned goods.


5. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be raised against your account within 2-3 business days of the approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
